FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED FOR SERVICE FOR REMAINING TIME AS A CANCELLATION FEE
ONCE YOU SUBSCRIBE TO OUR MONTHLY AUTO PAY SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE T&C.
Any disputes that may arise now, in the future or retroactively after service has ended will be countered and evidence of our
T & C's will be presented to dismantle the dispute, as we have a dispute relations company that handles them for us.
Your Purchase of the subscription is agreeing to the terms and conditions of our cancellation and no refund policy
Once you subscribe via payment, you will receive a welcome letter within 24 hours with your instructions to begin
We do not give credit for any poshmark or weather related down time as that is not within our control.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
We are in no way affiliated with Poshmark, Poshmark Pro Tools / Poshmark Sharer or Mercari, or Ebay, or Prettibone, or Reseller Assistant or Posh Tasks or any other Poshmark Virtual Assistant Service nor should we at any time be associated with or affiliated with nor allow any permissions to the previously listed platforms or services.

We share only items that are compliant and "available for sale"
We will not share solds, not for sale items. We are not responsible for any account issues that arise from poshmarks technical difficulties, if you are ever having any issues with your account you are asked to address poshmark directly as we do not work for nor are we an agent of poshmark and cannot answer, conflict resolution for their company, we also cannot answer technical or IT issues related to or occurring on the app as we are not privy to their information and we ask that if you are experiencing any issues on the app that you message them and they will assist you directly. We only share closets and list items, and are not information and technology specialists or customer support for poshmark. Since our sharing is done by human and not by bots, In no way do we guarantee that we will keep your closet in the exact order as Human error happens when sharing and some items may be skipped or may be shared out of order.
